The Silly Girl's Thought for Today...

This week has been an extremely tough week for the Silly Girl and if she were to have her way, never will she try to pack in so many meetings in a business trip, EVER….

The highlight of this trip (other than work) would be catching up her friends over dinner as well and having the opportunity to make new ones – in particular, this lovely couple from Singapore, Rehtse and Retep, who recently uprooted themselves and moved to Kuala Lumpur - as their youngest starts school in the university there. With the sacrifice and love, they truly epitomizes a parents’ love to their child. And if you didn’t know it, Rehtse is truly one good cook (given the short culinary exchanges that we had) and truly the Silly Girl’s privilege to know them.

And despite the numbing schedule this week, the Silly Girl is running her own little blogshop sale at The Big Bad Wolf Restaurant/Bar ( 226 Tanjong Katong Rd) this weekend so if you guys are around the corner, pop by to say hi 

Is the Silly Girl tired from all these running around, the answer is of course a  yes, but is she happy? Well that would definitely be a resounding YES, too.

Doing something that you are passionate about is something that doesn’t come along easy. Something that I am grateful for.
